She should be called before the state nursing board to explain her actions and for the board to determine whether she should keep her license. It is incompetence on her part, even if the purpose is solely to show respect for the quarantine process. There are probably a half dozen women in my close family who were or are nurses and I cannot imagine any one of them behaving in such a manner.
