Information posted on this thread indicated that any Brocade public offering -- if the company makes it that far without being purchased by one of its many friends in SV -- wont' be until the end of 1998.
I, for one, believe that Brocade's high valuation in any IPO will drive the price of Ancor up.
Investors appear to have enought money to by CSCO, COMS, ASND, CS and BAY, so I believe that there will be plenty of investment money for only two fibre channel companies, particularly once fibre channel is the buzz on the street.
My 2cents.
