Dear Farris,
On behalf of the share holders of Oilex, In the Last 2 days you Farris, Prudent AKA Russell Smith and Offie AKA Steve Norris, Have proven to management especially with reply # 1889 that it has been and is your intention with malicious forethought to destroy share holder value. Management will be providing your latest reply # 1889 wherein it appears that you have threatened over the internet publically to manipulate the price of Oilex Inc Shares downward to the detriment of all shareholders to the appropriate regulatory agencies.
With all of the internet postings as well as other documents available ,we believe your actions to date have established atleast an attempt of potential manipulation of the share price of Oilex Inc which started months ago when the share price was approx. .80 cents through today when the bid price hit 8 cents.
Management knows of no reason for the drastic decline of the per share trading price of Oilex inc stock other than the continued and unjustified negative assault using the inter net by youself, Prudent and Offie. These unjustified attacks stand in stark contrast with the very positive news of Oilex Inc. The latest being news released at 2:33 pm est today on all the wire services coinciding with your latest attack at 2:51pm est.

In Post 1901 (quoted above) you have alleged to FARRIS that I am involved in criminal acts. These acts include, but may not be limited to, the manipulation of the value of a pubicly traded stock and the conspiracy to manipulate the value of a publicly traded stock. You have further alleged that I have performed such illegal acts with "malicious forethought to destroy shareholder value".
In Post 1902 (quoted above) you have notified all members of the SI thread that they should read the contents of Post 1901.
Since you posted these allegations in public on this forum, I am using this forum to formally respond to the above statements.
First, while I have purchased and sold various lots of Oilex common stock during 1997, I have never done so with any motive other than the management of my personal portfolio. Second, I received settlement yesterday of my recent purchase of one (1) share of Oilex common stock which I purchased on December 8, 1997 and which settled on December 11, 1997. That is the only Oilex stock transaction in which I have been involved since I began posting this series of issues and questions concerning Oilex on November 21, 1997. Finally, at no time have I ever shorted, placed an order to short, or otherwise attempted to short a stock. In addition, I publicly state that at no time during my postings on this thread have I attempted, with malicious forethought or otherwise, to impact the price of Oilex common stock.
My motives behind my postings on this thread are solely in personal efforts to obtain the truth concerning certain issues and representations made by Oilex which I have reason to question. Any actions which other shareholders of Oilex may or may not take due to my statements is their responsibility. I have no control, nor do I wish to exercise or attempt to exercise, any control or influence over their investment decisions.
As a result of your Posts 1901 and 1902, it is my belief that you have publicly defamed me and caused damage to my public reputation. I am hereby, publicly in the same forum in which you published damaging statements, demanding that you take the following actions:
That, no later than 4:00 PM Central Time (2:00 PM Pacific Time), Wednesday, December 17, 1997, you will cause to be published on this SI thread a full statement of the facts which you possess on which you have based your statements in Post 1901.
Should you fail to posts those facts, I am hereby legally demanding that you perform the following actions:
1. That, no later than 5:00 PM Central Time (3:00 PM Pacific Time), Wednesday, December 17, 1997, you will cause to be published on this SI thread a full sincere retraction, without reservations, for the statements you have made in Posts 1901 and 1902.
2. That, no later than 5:00 PM Central Time (3:00 PM Pacific Time), Wednesday, December 17, 1997, you will cause to be published on this SI thread a full sincere apology, without reservations, for the statements you have made in Posts 1901 and 1902.
I look forward to your response on this SI thread no later than 5:00 PM, Wednesday, December 17, 1997.
