In addition, Toshiba is a huge company that can throw serious development money at a project this size, to develop a highly integrated package with MSFT. It's unfortunate that CUBE missed this opportunity, but it's understandable that the giant MSFT went with another giant to develop this OEM product. Perhaps it will pave the way for the other OEM suppliers to use CUBE for their competing boards.
