upgraded International Network Services to buy from outperform.
-- noted shares had dropped about 25 percent since
initiated coverage with a near-term outperform rating in
mid-September.
-- in a report, analyst Karl Keirstead said believes
company is the "clear leader" in the network services industry,
an industry the analyst said has better near-term and long-term
prospects than "virtually any other technology services
sector."
