I did. 'way back. It hurt too, as in my arm ached for a few days. The flu was not a result of the shot; IIRC, the events were several months apart. Never had another one. Worked with flu patients every season for about 35 years. Caught the flu once; first season back after 6 years away from medicine.

"What makes you different from the rest of the human race?????"

My parents. They both had good immune systems.
