Look it here. For all of his years with the Rays Joe Maddon has had to deal with a team owner with cheapskate pockets. Now he's with an owner with large pockets.
The reason Joe has been been nicknamed "Joe Magic" is that even with a tightwad owner he's produced winning teams.
You just watch him for the next two years, and your Cubs will be a factor.
