The best years of peace the Jews ever have back then were those years under the leadership & guidance of Greeks & Persians, even farther back under the Egyptians they were much better off than alone with themselves. Just as we see later since so many of them chose freely to be away from the lunatics in Jerusalem & be in Alexandria.

Most of your early bible, no most all of it was stolen from the Egyptians & Babylonians. There's not even a shadow of doubt about this now, which you'll have to come to terms with sooner or later.
