You and Shorty cut from the same lying mold.....

"The clip is cut off at the beginning. Here is the full quote:
"And too often, parents have no choice but to put their kids in cheaper daycare that maybe doesn’t have the kinds of programming that makes a big difference in a child’s development. And sometimes there may just not be any slots, or the best programs may be too far away. And sometimes, someone, usually mom, leaves the workplace to stay home with the kids, which then leaves her earning a lower wage for the rest of her life as a result. And that’s not a choice we want Americans to make."

He didn't say moms shouldn't stay home. (Only someone who already hates the guy would purposely misinterpret his remarks that way.) He said that we don't want moms to feel feel forced out of the workforce (and into lower paying jobs if/when they ever return) simply b/c they can't find affordable preschool. The GOP, as a party that promotes personal freedom & choice, should certainly want every mom to have the *choice* to stay home or not, and not feel forced into either working or staying home after having a child."
