Hi William, Haven't had a chance to make any Mason Jar recipes yet. I did go through a cookbook the other day that I put together myself, and I have been revisiting some old recipes. I made a Taco Pie tonight that I posted back in '08, and made some of the changes I mentioned. It was delicious. Message 25124995 And I always make enough of a recipe to freeze a couple more meals.
