This is my first post to the thread, although I've been lurking for about 6 weeks. The merger release is very good news; I wouldn't pay too much attention to the MM games going on with the share price. They're just trying to shake out some legitimate, but nervous investors.

As far as the release, I don't know much about the tire-gas-oil business, other than I've bought tires gas and oil...from what I've had to pay, it sounds like a good business to be in.

I haven't seen much discussion or opinions on what the new company will do with the existing CVIA shares. I know this is *COMPLETE SPECULATION* but I can see either a reverse split, a stock buyback or the removal of some preferred stocks (if any) from the pool...or no change at all. Obviously, a reverse split (to get CVIA out of the penny stock games) would probably be the worst option from the shareholders POV. Any opinions?

Frank
