You have said that the Globe and Mail think this is a great product. Yet I do not think the GB has any real high tech people working for them so how would they know if it is great? The VCC has invested millions(guessing here) in Xinex and they are insiders. I would guess if they want the lowdown on Xinex they could ask a senior high tech analyst to evaluate the product, company and marketing strategy. This might cost them say 20 or 30 thousand but that is nothing compared to the millions invested. My guess is they had a consultant look at the company and now are trying their best to get the hell out. I do not see any upside to this situation(unless you were short at 0.50). To me "this is a chance of a lifetime" to lose all your money. JW
