I would send you to a psychiatrist or a clinical psychologist: people who have experience dealing with your multiple disorders. ( "Mental health care provider!" What a goon!)

Your need for attention is a not so subtle cover for a need to be admired. And your lack of empathy, and your sullen anger hiding behind lines of LOL's and swishy exclaims (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!) point directly to your emotional isolation. And 2 decades of being a troll who posts taunts and insults but NEVER any content....well that speaks for itself, eh TROLL boy?

So yes--diagnosing you is easy. But as you can see--overcoming your addiction for attention is easier said than done.
