Significantly improving transmission (weaponizing) is not likely.

Infecting oneself with ZEBOV and working to transmit it would work to some extent but not likely a real success. By the time you are highly infectious, you are also very sick and that would be quickly recognized.

No cure? IF ZEBOV is treated early, survival is approaching 100%.
