I'm not sure I've said this before so forgive me for repeating myself if I have, but the act or reposting entire articles from Seeking Alpha is THEFT. I'm not the most tactful so excuse me in advance if this is too blunt. I know you mean well but we need to change how we all act here.

The writers get paid per page view. Reposting them here is little different than the father shown on video in today's news caught stealing all the candy left out by one family so they could take their kids trick-or-treating on Halloween.

If you see something you like on that site, please post a few excerpts from the article to HIGHLIGHT why you like the article then link to it.

It is actually theft to take most of the articles you, I and others post here. The people who write the articles make them public in the hopes their readers return AND click on ads on their site.

Silicon Investor "allows" this site to be a repository for stolen property and I think it hurts their whole business model and puts them at risk for financial ruin.

I actually think Silicon Investor is more valuable WITHOUT these long articles you post as I usually skip over them since you don't offer any commentary on why they are valuable. There are some parts I like, especially when they articles explain why some of the stocks we follow here.

Anyway, I know you mean well and want to help, but we should make a point of not reposting entire articles. I know myself I often repost short articles and I probably should only post the summary... so I'll try to do this myself.

My guess is the only exception to posting the whole article is for press releases but maybe someone knows the rules better and can post about it.
