Kuwait is coming to Mexico….a feeding frenzy it will be. Houston will be the hub for project development. eom

PS….No one has a handle on the scope of Mexico s shale reserves….

If Pemex is smart….they will draw on the experts who did the work in opening US shales. The NOC's will be best served as funding sources with the expectations for annuity payments augmenting treasuries.

Plenty of experienced partners available to do the work.

Failing to get in on Mexico means you will have to continue to compete for a lesser available slice of a pie from a long distance…..nothing positive will come from that.

Watch the early movers as they see the writing on the wall. S Aramco is already set up in Houston and plans to get bigger there, are probably in advanced stages of development.
