the wonderful feature about treaties is that they are what they are, words on paper, deliberated and agreed, signed then sealed.

if the world becomes a place where no treaty is good between any set of nations, then the rule of law completely breaks down

as far as i am aware, china, unlike most nations, sign relatively few treaties, but tends to uphold those treaties signed, and acts w/i the tolerances of whatever the treaty framework

britain tends to do the same

other key nations not nearly as much
