She was 89 when she died. I remember her well. She was very quiet, only wore dresses with those homely black lace up shoes grandmas wore back then, and had gray hair that was always up in a bun.

My maternal GGrandmother dressed the same, but she died when I was 6 and I only remember how she looked.............I am becoming a spitting image of her............and her home made Angel Food cake with home made chocolate frosting.

To die for!
