Reality is that ebola is a biohazard level IV risk... and that isn't going to change...

It is one issue that we have very few biohazard level IV capable facilities...

It is another that we have few people capable of handling them...

It is another that you can't just convert a facility and train up people... without it costing huge money, and without it eliminating large swaths of capacity that exist for OTHER reasons...

One case, in New York, means shutting down the ENTIRE Bellevue ICU... and, its not like there are a lot of surplus ICU facilities and staffs lying around... so each Ebola patient... costs others in access to care.

The "correct answer" isn't that "we'll figure it out"...

The correct answer is... "we will do what is required to prevent that need from arising"...
