"smuggling military surplus grenade components" Well now, ... this becomes much more serious when its happening on our border. Someone should go to jail regardless of the component, regardless of the caliber or a type of weapon, but when your dealing with "Explosives"? ... the entire playing field changes. Should be interesting to hear how they talk this one down.
