Steven, sorry for your paper loss. I have had a few companies go C-11 on me. Most of those ended up at almost complete losses because of management lies. I have had White Knights acquire a couple of the troubled companies and have gotten most of my money back in those companies. Adams has just put out a press release that he is looking for a White Knight. However, he assured me early this year that the company was doing great and I would hit a home run investing. Clearly he lied through his teeth to me so I trust him as far as I can throw him. I was thinking that the company could resolve their debt problems without doing the C-11, but the company must be in more trouble than we are being told. Look at the "everything is wonderful" in the second press release today. I am sorry you lost here, but I take some delight that the Adams lost their asses. Diversification is the first rule in investing, you can take loss which is made up with some other good picks. Then it's easy to just move on. Good luck.
