To Baron,

We do not know if we are required to file an S-4. We are sure one of our quasi thread watchers will enlighten us.

Effective this post we will enter the market and purchase up to 250,000 shares of Oilex for our accounts. As additional funds become available to us we hope to continue to increase our position. We could not enter the market prior to the news release on the Big Foot for obvious reasons.

We believe that on a risk reward basis and acting as prudent investors we can profit at these levels, as well as, anyone else.

Also for obvious reasons, we are not recommending that anyone buy or sell that should be their own decision.

We only know one way to respond to the current climate surrounding Oilex and it's trading levels. If anyone wants to take the previous comment personal, let them feel free to do so.
