Check out my earlier posts re EMC insider trading. Yes, I saw that info on CDA Investnet site too. But aside from large selling by John Egan, the rest of insider selling AFAIK was exercise of options and not sales actual shares already owned. This is a contrast from prior quarter in which EMC insiders not only exercised options but also sold existing shares owned in significant numbers.

BTW, CDA website is interesting but the data is quite "stale," as company is just using website to leverage Insiders Chronicle newsletter product. I have occassional access to Dow Jones which provides timely Fed filing info.
