You are the first person, in my experience here, to have
ever been exactly right in terms of the upcoming,
unannounced activities of any company.

Congratulations.

Unfortunately for me, you were incorrect in terms of
the stock price. Was it that more people take the long
view than we thought or what. I would have expected
the price to fall as well. I cant believe i sat here
and watched this stock below 19. I had sworn i would
buy it, but didn't.

Clearly will have to redo analysis of vsh given new
acquisition. Any indication of when this will be
accretive to earnings?
