Let me help: U.S. is still bankrupt which means the banks are toast. The Fed's main goal is to delay the inevitable. It's possible the liberal Fed is clueless. Republicans and democrats can argue over the rate and angle of decline since the U.S. already went over the debt cliff. The Fed might be able to delay the inevitable for many years. Who knows ? Why haven't the creditors in China, Europe and Japan complained ? People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
