The well to do globalists gentrifying formerly rough hoods in gateway cities? Astounding the wealth for those at the top these days.. Not sure if this happened to parts of Boston and NYC back in the prior Gilded Age 1870-1930 when so many awesome architectural wonders were built? Was an eye opener to me to see so many of these depressed towns in Michigan and upstate NY with so many incredible neighborhoods built during that time period..
