Neat Book - Slow Cooker Quick Fixes - I bought it at BN last night then found it on Amazon later for less than half what I paid for it even with the shipping. From the editors of Southern Living.... seems to be mainly delicious comfort foods we all love and serve. Note that you can easily convert many of the recipes into dump meals. And of course, if you know what you are doing, you do not have to use a slow cooker - I use an electric pressure cooker or my pressure oven. It looks like it will be my go to book for the future!
