Hi:

I am new to this thread. It was recommended by someone on Computer Help. I do need help.

Firstly I never started with computers or even boxes to record TV programs until I was in the sixties. I am now in my eighties and do not know much more than when I started.

I have Premium Channels from Brighthouse Communications and the TV shows I watch are usually Realty ones as I cannot abide murder, mayhem and the shows that have these elements to them.

So my TV although a 42 inch is not a SMART TV and I am thinking of subscribing to Netflix and need help with what device to get in order to STREAM Netflix to the TV. I have been advised to take the month free and try it on my computer but it has no battery and so I would be relegated to sitting at this desk.

I am asking what device is best for streaming Netflix ?

I have Microsoft and not Apple.... so I know the device Apple sells is great as I have been witness to this at someone's home. BUT I have to have another....device.

Also, I have to have simplicity...

If whomever replies to this could tell me where to get this device How much it will cost etc. I would appreciate that information also.

Thanks for all the suggestions and help I am anticipating receiving. SMILE
