Just receved a letter in the mail about Stream. It says In the
United States Bancruptcy court for the Northern Didtrict of California
San Fransisco Division. The letter is from Goldberg, Stinnett, Meyers & Davis who are the attorneys for Streamlogic Corp. The case number is 97-32984.The letter is dated 12/12/97 and states that on January
13, 1998 at 2:00 P.M. or as soon thereafter as copuncel can be herd, a hearing will be held in the U.S. Bankruptcy court, 235 Pine Street, 22nd Floor, San Fransisco, California before the the Honorable Dennis Montali. He will consider and to rule on the adequency of the information contained in, and to consider entry of an order approving, the discloser statement. Copies of this plan and disclosure statement
are on file with the clerk of the bankruptcy court and may be inspected by an interested party during regular business hours.
Additional copies of the plan and disclosure statement may be obtained by written request to the debtors bankruptcy councel.
