Would any CPAs care to comment on potential Q4 income statement impact for the new factory?

I would assume that the construction and equipment get capitalized, as usual. What about manufacturing payroll, lease payments, and other operating costs during ramp-up and for product manufactured at-risk pending MCA/FDA factory approval?
