Have you ever made anything? I'm not talking about making paperwork.

If his workers didn't or couldn't raise their productivity, he may decide to invest in technology and eliminate positions.

This is starting to happen at the retail service level with self service Kiosks, low paid employees are just kicked to the street, job eliminated, no need to raise the minimum wage as there is no job for that position anymore.
