How can the millenials afford it in the coastal cities? I can see maybe in MSP, Chicago, Atlanta, Denver, KC, Austin, Charlotte ect.. they still have a shot..

The coastal cities have higher incomes in industries that are growing very quickly. Consequently, units are renting up nicely. Seattle seems to get a new hi rise announced every other week..........and that's just for the DT area. Lots of mid rises going up in the neighborhoods.
