Juan, Could you give us all your very capable number crunching analysis on what the Ontro IPO will do for KNIC now that it is imminent, (both Greenshoe participation, if any, and residual interest) based on the pricing of the offering and aftermarket price performance. I only ask that you take this time and trouble for us since I believe you have probably already done so for your own interests. Hopefully sharing your expertise won't be a problem for you at this juncture. At the time of this writing, price of KNIC shares hasn't responded much to news of patent issuance, most likely due to the inevitability of that event once allowance was granted some months ago. Do you believe DOE certification will be similarly received by the street or is there enough uncertainty in that situation for there to be a different (more appreciated?) response when and if certification as an alternative fuel is announced?
