The issue at the Supreme Court is whether the wording of the law limits insurance tax credits only to consumers who live in states that have set up their own insurance markets, known as exchanges.


Ohio Gov John Kasich instituted a state exchange just to get 3 yrs of federal Medicare dollars. He is a stupid stupid man. If other Republican governors were as witless as Kasich, this suit would not exist.


Gov John Kasich's institution of Ohio's state exchange disqualifies him as a presidential candidate. Just as Sen Rubio's gang of eight deal disqualifies him.
