B) Bad for biotech stocks as it will cut research funding.    Meanwhile, at Friday’s close, the Contest median closed up 4.50% YTD (vs. up 5.35% YTD a week ago), while the larger-cap Nasdaq Biotech Index closed up 28.15% YTD (vs. up 30.94% YTD a week ago) and the Nasdaq Composite Index closed up 10.92% YTD (vs. up 10.87% YTD a week ago).    DIEGO’s portfolio, up 82.39% YTD held on to the Contest lead, with WATCHIT’s portfolio, up 75.01% YTD and DEWDIL’s portfolio, up 64.38% YTD, remaining in second and third place.    At Friday's close, 26 of the 46 Contest portfolios were still in the black, while 10 of the 46 beat the NBI. The median Contest portfolio stock (NWRN.SW) is down -9.52% YTD.
