My period for a potential significant decline is: 11/14/14 to 11/20/14. Although a decline could begin before this period, any healthy rally into this period should make the decline worse. Also, look at the horrible chart patterns on the INDU: stockcharts.com the SPX stockcharts.com the TRAN stockcharts.com For an explanation of the pattern, see p. 173 of Edwards and Magee, 7th Edition. Also, note that each chart is either at or approaching 70 RSI. Of course, no one can predict the future. However, the more indicators that suggest the same thing, the better chance that it happens.
