Dilma cuts a deal. Interesting perspective

I have not thought about it but judging for her first actions:
  • Conciliatory tone

  • Open to US invitation (points to a hint to engage Obama administration)

  • Hiked interest rates (tame Inflation)

  • Increased fuel prices (long overdue)

  • Will get rid of Fin Min Mantega
