KN - I took a look at it. I think it's risky. There's definitely competition from other companies in the space, some of them bigger (STM?), some of them upcoming Chinese. I don't know if KN really has competitive advantage. So sales are down this year, COGS are way up. This is not because of the spinoff I think. I would not buy here. Wait at least to see if they stop bleeding sales.

Do you know the management or you just assume that they will do well because of spinoff?
