It has been stated on this thread that all other DTaP vaccines, except Certiva, contain formaldehyde inactivated components and implied that the use of formaldehyde causes adverse events reactions. I just want to set the record straight by pointing out that both the diptheria and tetanus toxoid components of Certiva are FORMALDEHYDE inactivated.
