Could care less about Don's call from 80 cuz that aint my point... the point is he recently made it his thread header and past performance on those thread headers hasnt been that great: iow WATCH OUT! I will stick with what I said. All you have done - as per usual - is blabber on about this call and that call and how great they were. I'm not saying every call you made has been bad. CHILL OUT. I rated what I believed to be the 3 main calls you've focused on the last couple of years keeping in mind that this thread and GZs model focus primarily on TWO MARKETS: the S & P and GOLD I stand by my critique. * Gold.......... went down - kudos * SPY..........approaching 600 points over your your safe number which you are willing to move to 2015. Well, if we dont hit it next year you will probably have some lame-ass defense and move it 2016. FWIW --- I dont have a friggin clue... but I generally have a bullish bias based upon LONG TERM performance of the market. SPX.. SERIOUSLY.I put up a SPX 1458 as a safe number down and many suggest I'm this.. I'm that.. In fact they line up..one after another to do so in an attempt to discredit or just because they don't like me or my delivery. That's not my problem. That's there's.Now I read the link below and lookie lookie at the number suggested to the down.I'll give him this.. At least he sees it. Took him a while. Soon others will also consider it.Doesn't matter to me. SPX 1458 is a SAFE NUMBER. *** DRYS down 30% from your cost average BTW -- I did own DRYS and ironically my sale price was at your cost average price of --- $2.19 I never re-entered. In general, I'm not a fan of any stock that does a secondary offering. DRYS looks like a turd to me and if you and DW and others think its a buy here... good luck. It can go to the moon for all I care, its just one rocket I dont intend to ride. One more thing I'm calling what I SEE --- not what might happen. If the SPY hits your number this year I'll be the first to tip my hat to you. It would be a GENIUS CALL...I just dont SEE it happening.
