DOW TO 20 k?

IF you understand this below.

And you understand the 486 value box and have looked at it with a 4 year time frame.

ALL I can say is.. GENTLEMANS BET DOW HITS 14800 before it sees 20k.

SO near term? 17820? 18000.. But 20k....NOT according to my work.
NOW any who want to defend the 20k just around the corner which suggests near term.. Then please pop in to defend your view.
