Just made up a tasty side dish on the fly for lunch. Cooked a rice blend made of Texmati brand with another blend of brown and wild rice, red and gold quinoa, amaranth called "Three Continent blend" by Earthly Choice in chicken broth. In a separate pan, sauteed red pepper, onion and mushrooms in butter. Then added the rice blend when it was done into the saute mix and cooked them all together for a while. Nice saturation of flavors. A meal by itself if you want.
