If you cross the border illegally, then you are in this country illegally. Its the responsibility of the feds to enforce the law. Laws don't get enforced or not depending on how koan feels about that law. Sorry.>. How do you differentiate between addressing illegal immigration by executive action, rather than congress, and using executive action to decide the level of deportation? Where is your logic? The president has a lot of latitude on how deportation is to be carried out. That is what the big debate I sabout right now. Show me where in the law it says if the president decides he doesn't want to deport, he can? Please. You are the one whose logic is a bit convoluted.
