Well, it looks like there has to be some form of Major Change in BIOA's revenue stream when one looks at their latest Quarterly ....

finance.yahoo.com

.... $415,000 in Total Revenue and $14,145,000 in Bottom Line loss.

One wonders what they are spending $2,251,000 on in their Cost of Revenue ? Every dollar of Revenue that they are declaring, for selling whatever it is they're selling, is initially costing the company about $5.40.
Maybe that was just a once off ...

And $4,603,000 in Running the company ?!! That ratio of SG&A to Revenue has been much the same for quite a while.

I'm somewhat surprised, under the circumstances, that they had to pay $9,000 in taxes.

When one looks at their last Annual at least their Cost of Revenue was more or less keeping pace with their Revenue amount.
However, if we add up the Revenue for the last two Quarters we get $(415+351),000 = $766,000. The Cost of Revenue for that 6 month period was $(2251+280),000 = $2,531,000, roughly a 1:3 ratio.

But there again, according to their latest Balance sheet, they have over ~$54 million in Cash versus the current ~$20 million in Long Term Debt which they've increased to quite a large extent in recent times. Fortunately current interest rates are low ... but for how long one wonders.

It will be interesting to see how the company performs, financially, if plans for building additional plants come to fruition.

At the current time their share price is about ~$1.50 higher than it was when they first listed about 17 months ago.
