It is a broker - they execute for some smaller brokers as well. If it isn't a single buyer then it is a large coincedence - behavior suggests one buyer. Also INCA is not the largest broker in BNGOW so it would be especially unusual for them to coincidentally have all of the big buyers this afternoon. L.L. & P.
