What technology are you talking about? Solar? Sorry, but you cannot get enough energy out of one square meter of sunlight to power a hair dryer. And that's at high noon at the equator with a 100% efficient solar collector (which will never exist anyway).

Wind? Yeah right, not enough energy there, either.

The answer is nuclear, with a view toward fusion in the far future, but you greenies will never accept nuclear energy. Even Bentway, who normally doesn't give a f--- about anything, is concerned about leaving behind nuclear waste for the Morlocks.
