I have 7 200W panels, 1455mm x 992mm, and, over the course of the billing year, they run my entire house, with about 400 KWH left over for the grid. You do the math...

Home energy usage is only part of the problem. Solar panels can be useful supplemental sources of energy, but that's all they'll ever amount to.

Kind of funny how I've seen solar-powered homes in the Bay Area with SUVs in the garage. That's what passes as environmental slacktivism here ...
