If that is the case..then that deal may make sense to QCOM from both an offensive (T.A.M. expansion) as well as defensive (pressure INTC's pc/server chip margins which they use to subsidize their mobile group) strategy. I'd want to make sure Lisa would come aboard and continue running the group though.
