Bringing this post over for its utility. Have no idea if the source of the information is trustworthy. One can only notice from the information, that so many oil country producers have failed so badly in developing value added industry. Its blatantly obvious that countries just producing for export and budgeting for a local economy, which have failed to develop processing and refinement, have leaderships which are not capable of making lives better, where is the value added which comes along with knowledge and industry? the states falling into these categories will suffer from declining prices, they are largesse states with temporary power and not fully prepared for much of anything.

Germanyhas the world's ninth biggest refinery capacity at 2.09Mbd in 2012

Canada's2.06Mbd refinery capacity in 2012 makes it the tenth biggest refiner in the world. The country accounted for about 2.2% of the world's total refinery capacity per day during the same year.
