Winston, Why do you believe IMPX will go lower? Also you say that there is "No way it will rebound in a hurry" do you have any technical analysis or insider knowledge to support this opinion? I've been investing in broken stocks for many years and believe that IMPX will recover very fast. I say this mainly because of the relatively high volume of IMPX traded per day also I know many people that are just sitting on the side-lines waiting for the turn-around, so when it comes it will be very quick.
